Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the OctoPress premium plugin. Payments for OctoPress are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record and payment provider.

Refunds

If you would like a refund for your OctoPress purchase, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will review your request and, if approved, process the refund through Paddle.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable law. In general, refund eligibility and processing are determined by Paddle’s merchant services and related policies.

Once a refund is approved, Paddle will normally return the payment to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on Paddle, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

When a refund is issued, access to the OctoPress premium license, updates, and support may end.
